UAS MinuteMate

Privacy Policy

Effective 21 June 2026

UAS MinuteMate is designed to keep flight timing and logbook information under the user's control. This policy explains how information is handled by the UAS MinuteMate iPhone and iPad app.

Information stored by the app

The app may store information you enter or generate, including pilot profile details, UAS profiles, saved operating locations, flight times, flight numbers, sensor selections, notes, remarks and related logbook details. This information is stored locally on your device.

Location information

If you choose a GPS feature, the app requests permission to access your current location. The resulting coordinates and a suggested place name may be attached to a saved location or flight record. Location access is optional and occurs only when you use a location feature. You can manage permission in your device settings.

Information we collect

UAS MinuteMate does not require an account and does not send flight records, pilot profiles, aircraft details or GPS coordinates to the developer. The app does not include developer-operated analytics, advertising or tracking services.

Exports and sharing

When you export a CSV file, you choose where it is sent or saved using Apple's share interface. Once exported, the file is handled by the destination, service or person you select and is subject to their privacy and security practices.

Data retention and deletion

Locally stored information remains on your device until you edit or delete it, or remove the app and its data. You are responsible for retaining any records you require. Regular CSV exports are recommended as a practical backup.

Support communications

If you contact support, the information in your message is used only to respond to your request and maintain necessary support records. Please avoid sending sensitive flight, client or personal information unless required for support.

Children's privacy

UAS MinuteMate is not directed to children and the developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children through the app.

Third-party platforms

Apple may process technical information as part of operating the App Store, iOS, iPadOS and system services. This website is hosted by Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process technical request data, including IP addresses and traffic-routing information, to provide and secure its services. These platforms operate under their own privacy policies.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated if the app's features or data practices change. The revised policy will be published on this page with a new effective date.
