Common questions
The timer or flight details did not save
A flight is added to the logbook only after you stop the timer, review the Flight Summary and tap Save. If you cancel the summary, the flight is not added.
GPS cannot find the current location
Open iPhone or iPad Settings, find UAS MinuteMate under Privacy & Security > Location Services, and allow location access while using the app. GPS is optional; you can enter or select a saved location instead.
I need a different logbook time format
Open Settings in UAS MinuteMate and choose your preferred logbook format and rounding method. The app keeps the precise elapsed duration internally and applies your selected display and export format.
How do I move flights to a spreadsheet?
Open Logbook, choose the required year, then export all flights or select individual flights. UAS MinuteMate creates a CSV file that can be opened in Excel, Numbers, Google Sheets and most workplace systems.
How do I protect my flight history?
Flight records are stored on your device. Export your logbook regularly and keep the CSV files with your normal work records or backups. Deleting the app may also delete its locally stored data.
